We're Hiring!

Director of Mission Advancement – Expand a 6,000-Church Movement

We need your help to scale a proven system that has planted nearly 6,000 underground churches in 7 years across some of the least-reached areas of the world.

Through God’s power, our ministry is reaching millions with the gospel — from planting churches in hard-to-reach places, to broadcasting the Jesus Film on national television, to launching small businesses, schools, digital tools, and life-saving ministries. Our system works. Now we need the right leader to help us multiply it even further.

We are looking for a Director of Mission Advancement to be the public face of our ministry — inspiring donors, gathering and presenting stories from the field, and opening doors to new mission territories.

Key Responsibilities

1. Public Representation & Relations

  • Serve as the “face” of the ministry at churches, mission events, conferences, and community gatherings.

  • Share the ministry’s vision and impact in a way that inspires engagement and giving.

  • Maintain a professional and Christ-centered presence in all public appearances and communications.

2. Donor Development & Care

  • Identify, cultivate, and solicit new donors (individuals, churches, businesses, foundations).

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current supporters through personal contact, updates, and appreciation efforts.

  • Organize donor events, vision dinners, and speaking engagements.

3. Field Reporting & Story Gathering

  • Collect timely reports, testimonies, photos, and videos from overseas mission teams.

  • Organize and maintain accurate field data, statistics, and progress updates.

  • Ensure reports are donor-ready and communicate measurable impact.

4. Presentation Development & Delivery

  • Create compelling presentations for various audiences, including churches, small groups, and mission partners.

  • Adapt content for live speaking, print materials, email newsletters, and social media platforms.

  • Share stories and data that demonstrate the ministry’s effectiveness and stewardship.

5. Strategic Mission Expansion

  • Research and identify new mission territories and unreached people groups in line with the ministry’s calling.

  • Network with global and local mission leaders to explore partnership opportunities.

  • Present recommendations for new initiatives to church leadership.

Qualifications

  • Passionate follower of Jesus Christ, demonstrating the fruit of the Holy Spirit, with a heart for global missions.

  • Strong communicator — comfortable in public speaking and relationship-building.

  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.

  • Experience in fundraising and must be able to raise their own support, donor relations, or public relations (required).

  • Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.

  • Willingness to travel for speaking engagements and occasional field visits.

Role Type

  • U.S. Based/Remote/Support-Raised / Volunteer Position: The Director may raise financial support through the ministry to fund their salary and ministry expenses. The salary amount will be determined in consultation with ministry leadership based on the candidate’s needs and fundraising goals.

  • Donations for this role will be processed through the ministry and designated according to church policy.

Our Story & Impact

Since our founding in 2017, One Way Ministries International has been committed to taking the gospel to some of the least reached areas of the world. By God’s grace, we have developed a proven, reproducible system that is bearing fruit in some of the most spiritually challenging environments on earth.

Church Planting Movement – Nearly 6,000 underground churches planted across South Asia and beyond, focused on discipleship and multiplication where the gospel is rarely heard.

Media Evangelism – Partnered with the Jesus Film Project to create and broadcast a television program that has shared the gospel with millions of people, leveraging mass media to reach into homes and communities closed to traditional missionary work.

Holistic Ministry Initiatives – Launched and supported small businesses to create sustainability and community impact, established a public school to serve and educate the next generation, and created a suicide prevention website and ministry to offer hope and resources to those in crisis.

Digital Discipleship Tools – Developed a discipleship and church-building app to equip believers and leaders across multiple countries.

Global Reach – Actively ministering in seven countries among the least reached people groups in the world, with growing partnerships to expand into new territories.
