Among the thousands of underground churches throughout South and Southeast Asia — and into regions such as Pakistan — stand a small group of highly dedicated leaders known as our State Coordinators.
 
These men and women serve as the apostolic oversight within One Way Ministries International, faithfully guiding, training, and caring for the network of city leaders, church planters, and pastors within their states.
 
Their role carries immense responsibility. They:
Oversee entire regions, ensuring that every church remains healthy and multiplying.
Teach and train pastors and leaders for stronger discipleship and sound doctrine.
Visit multiple cities and churches to spot-check progress and encourage growth.
Preach, teach, and mentor local believers and leaders.
Plan and manage ministry programs, helping churches operate effectively.
Strategize new church plants, outreach events, and Bible distribution.
Provide spiritual and emotional support to leaders enduring persecution or hardship.
 
These coordinators are the backbone of our ministry’s structure — the ones who ensure every church stays strong, connected, and true to the Gospel. Their work helps secure the longevity and multiplication of the church movement across nations.
