At the highest level of our ministry network in South and Southeast Asia — and into regions in the Middle East — serve our Country Coordinators, the national overseers of One Way Ministries International.
These seasoned leaders carry a tremendous responsibility, providing vision, direction, and support for the entire nation’s network of churches, pastors, and leaders. Each Country Coordinator works directly with the President of One Way Ministries International, helping shape and execute strategies to reach the unreached, strengthen existing churches, and train new leaders to carry the Gospel forward.
Their calling is vast and multifaceted. They:
Oversee all State Coordinators, Church Planters, and Pastors within their nation.
Conduct national training events, seminars, and strategy meetings.
Supervise training centers, schools, local TV programs, and small business initiatives (like sewing centers and goat or sheep projects).
Ensure accurate church mapping, growth reports, and accountability systems.
Develop strategic plans for evangelism and discipleship across the nation.
Identify unreached people groups and coordinate church-planting efforts in those areas.
Maintain relationships with regional leaders, providing spiritual, emotional, and administrative support.
Travel extensively to train leaders, visit churches, and oversee field ministries.
These men and women serve as spiritual generals — not only preaching and teaching but also coordinating the vast movement of God’s people working together to fulfill the Great Commission in some of the most difficult and persecuted regions on earth.
